Please review the following Flat Belly Pilates policies before purchase.

1. In honor of your time and mine, all sessions will begin at the appointed time. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please give 24 hours notice.
2. Flat Belly Pilates accepts payment by debit or credit cards. When scheduling an appointment, a debit or credit card number is required to reserve the appointment time and will only be charged at the completion of the pilates session. This information is captured safely and securely using the same encryption technology used by banks and other respected ecommerce sites. If you would like to pay by cash or personal check, please let us know at the end of the session so that your card will not be charged.
3. Refunds for unused package sessions are available within two weeks from the time of purchase. In the case where persons have purchased a duet or group session package, a refund is only available for eligible funds.
